Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
  • Build relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell products/services.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
