Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Package Applications (ERP/CRM/PLM/MES or similar enterprise applications) to lead end-to-end project execution, ensure on-time delivery, and manage client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical understanding of packaged solutions and proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects of package applications (ERP/CRM/PLM/MES or equivalent).
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Drive project execution, monitoring progress, identifying risks/issues, and implementing mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with functional consultants, technical developers, and integration teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve project and professional goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in Project Management roles.
- Strong background in Package Applications (ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, SCM, HRMS, or similar enterprise systems).
- Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale implementation or upgrade projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- PMP / Prince2 / Agile Scrum Master certification is a plus
