Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects endtoend using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Actively organize and enhance the agility approach across subteams.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders for backlog clarity and prioritization.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth development execution.
• Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and stakeholder communication.

Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience as Scrum Master and Project Manager.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and team facilitation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to work with multiple teams and manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Preferred certifications: CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, PMP.
