Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via email, chat, and non-voice process.
Provide excellent communication skills in English to resolve issues efficiently.
Work on international chat processes, including chat support and processing tasks.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity while working in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Typing speed should be 40 WPM with 95% Accuracy.
