Job Description

Operational

• Calculating various statistical data, quantity, material price lists, labour cost per man hour, equipment, etc.
• Responsible for the preparation and completion of estimates for assigned projects for one or more disciplines (eg: structural, concrete, earthwork, drainage, pipe work, utilities, buildings, etc).
• Ability to interpret cost data and system required. Advanced knowledge of assigned discipline, estimating techniques, work plan development & cost control.
• Billing & estimation work including tender pricing, rate analysis, budgeting cash flow preparation etc.
• Follow Design Process Flow & monitor progress
• Prepare Project schedule
• Prepare Tender documents
• Prepare all comparative charts
• Updating of schedule after meeting with finalized vendors
• Follow Execution Process Flow
• Obtain progress report from Site personnel
• Tracking of schedule through these progress reports
• Obtain quality reports and track the same
• Bill checking, preparing & issuing Certificates of Payment
• Track cost through issue Resolutions and Certificates of Payment
• Conduct Project Review meetings.
