Education Qualification: Graduate (exclusion: BE/B.Tech/MCA)

Interview Date: 24th Sept 2025(Walk-In Interview)

Interview Location: Manyata Tech Park - Bangalore

Job Summary:

1. To handle inbound and outbound calls from the customers as per the process defined in the Standard Operating procedure (SOP).

2. Experience - 1 to 5yrs

3. Required Skills Technical Skills - MS Excel, MS Office, Speaking English

4. Nice to have Techincal Skills and Domain Skills

5. Technology - Insurance

6. Shift - Night Shift (17:30 - 3:30 AM) IST

7. Job Location : Only Bangalore

8. Work Model: Work from office

9. Notice Period: Immediate to 15days

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make and Answer calls to and from customers/end users based on agreed time frames.
• Transfer calls involving next level of service to the appropriate department as per the given guidelines.
• Ensure to meet all Statistical Financial and TAT metrics while processing claims
• 100% Process adherence to transaction processing timelines involving medical management processes.
• Adhere to audit compliance (Internal Statutory Audit) of all Healthcare processes as laid out by Cognizant / the client of Cognizant
• Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented
• Set productivity /Quality benchmark
• Adhere to shift handover processes
• Raise process related issues / concerns on time with process and TLs
