Role & responsibilities
- Handle international customer calls (inbound/outbound).
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support.
- Provide accurate and timely responses.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Flexibility to work rotational night shifts from the office.
- Graduates, Postgraduates, and +2 qualified candidates can apply.
