Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support through email, chat, and non-voice processes to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle international customers' emails, chats, and non-voice requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Utilize strong English typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) to process customer interactions accurately and quickly.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in processing emails, chats, and other forms of communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues or escalate matters when necessary.

Eligibility criteria:

  • HSC pass are welcome for the interview
  • Graduation- Only non tech background candidates are eligible(No MBA,BSc IT, BTECH,BCA)
  • Decent communication skills in English is required
  • Should be comfortable in night shifts, 24*7 rotational environment
  • Candidates pursuing regular courses are not eligible.
