Handle customer interactions across non-voice channels

Deliver responses that are clear, empathetic, and grammatically accurate, ensuring professional communication.

Contribute to team goals, participate in training sessions, and maintain continuous skill improvement

candidate should be a Graduate PG with finace background are preffered

candidate should be willing to work in rotational shift

candidate should be available to come to office for interview if shortlisted
