- Should have experience in IT Recruitment.
- Source and recruit candidates for diverse industries.
- Evaluate candidates' skills and experience effectively, especially for technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.
- Manage multiple recruitment priorities efficiently.
- Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract qualified professionals.
- Must Have Naukri Experience (Hands-on).
- Should have experience in Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling.
- Should have strong communication skills
- End-to-end recruitment
- Should have experience in contract recruitment. (Mandatory)
Experience: 2-4 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, with a demonstrated history of successful IT hiring.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade candidates.
