Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Customer Service Representative/Voice located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support and maintaining high levels of customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and handling Customer Service Representatives
Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent Customer Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
High School diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree is preferred

Packages and Perks

CTC will be approx. 220000 INR
Home drop facility will be provided post 8 PM and before 7 AM
6 days working environment
24*7 Working culture
