Job Description
About the Role :
As a Cluster Manager for Flipkart Minutes, Quick Commerce vertical, you will be responsible for end-to-end operations across multiple dark stores within your assigned cluster. The role requires strong leadership to drive operational excellence, ensure inventory accuracy, streamline last-mile deliveries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will manage Store Managers and ensure adherence to defined processes, service-level agreements (SLAs), and safety standards.
To succeed in this role you should have the following :
- 8+ years in a leadership role in a field related to our industry.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands.
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines.
Qualification :
- Proven experience in operations management, supply chain, or logistics (Quick Commerce/ E-commerce preferred).
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive performance.
- Sound knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and last-mile operations.
- Proficient in data-driven decision-making, reporting, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in local language (Tamil) preferred for effective stakeholder management.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following:
- Proactive engagement to solve customer issues before they escalate, a keen ability to gather and act on customer feedback to drive customer experience improvements, and the agility to adapt strategies in real-time to meet evolving customer needs.
- Continuously strive to improve accuracy of delivery, speed & efficiency of operations & visibility of touchpoints.
