Job Description

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software (eg, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar)
Coordinate with project teams to gather information on scope, timelines, milestones, and resources
Monitor progress against baseline schedules and update schedules regularly to reflect current status
Identify potential schedule delays and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies
Prepare and present schedule updates and reports to management and clients
Analyze project timelines to determine critical paths, dependencies, and float times
Assist in developing recovery plans during schedule slippages or disruptions
Ensure all scheduling activities are in compliance with contractual obligations and company policies
Support in resource planning and allocation across multiple projects
Communicate regularly with all stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment and transparency
Proven experience as a scheduler in the construction industry (10+ years preferred)
Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and project lifecycle
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
