Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Support the screening and shortlisting of resumes to identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Participate in the initial assessment of candidates through resume evaluation and telephonic screening.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress using ATS or other tools.
- Assist in preparing interview feedback and candidate evaluation reports.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Support administrative tasks related to recruitment as needed.
Preferred candidate profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
