Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote LAP (Loan Against Property) products.
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities through effective communication with customers.
* Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

* 0-2 years of experience in tele sales or tele calling industry.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
