Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for Achieving the Branch Banking targets of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics

• Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of Current Accounts ,Working Capital, X-Sell and Third Party Products

Mobilize business for Current Accounts

• Recruit and train the team members on regular basis with HR Support
• Team Handling experience of 6 months - 1 year in Banking, Financial Services mandatory for Sales Mngr role

Preferred candidate profile

Grads/MBA 's with Excellent communication skills.

Should have experience in managing a team officially

Graduate/Post Graduate : 2 - 6 years of experience from bfsi/nbfc/banking only

Customer orientation

High energy levels with a motive to succeed
