Job Title: Head of IT Infrastructure

Location: Bangalore-Hybrid
Experience: 14+ Years

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT Infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee network management, system availability, and end-user computing.
• Build and manage secure & compliant IT environments (SEBI/RBI, ISO 27001, ITIL).
• Lead broking-specific infrastructure trading systems, DR/BCP setup, dealer terminals, exchange connectivity.
• Drive IT security, compliance, risk & vulnerability management.
• Partner with senior leadership and vendors for strategic business enablement.
• Oversee incident management, recovery planning, and service delivery excellence.
• Mentor and empower IT teams, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 14+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure leadership, preferably in Broking / BFSI / FinTech.
• Strong expertise in network management, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to set up & scale broking infra (trading systems, DR/BCP, exchange connectivity).
• Hands-on understanding of SEBI/RBI IT security requirements.
• Experienced in team leadership, coaching, and people development.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information TechnologyBachelor's degree in computer science / information technology (or equivalent).
