Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager Talent Acquisition to lead and drive our hiring strategies across diverse functions within the real estate sector. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate business operations, project requirements, and workforce planning to attract top talent that aligns with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet manpower requirements across business units (Projects, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Design, etc.).

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and design hiring plans accordingly.

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiation, and onboarding.

  • Implement best practices in sourcing through headhunting, networking, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and industry connects.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with business heads, HRBPs, and hiring managers to ensure alignment of hiring needs with organizational objectives.

  • Build strong external networks within the real estate industry (developers, consultants, agencies, institutes).

  • Manage vendor relationships with recruitment consultants/agencies to ensure quality talent pipeline.

Process Excellence & Employer Branding

  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation, and HR policies.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice in the real estate sector.

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, analytics, and regular MIS reporting for leadership review.

Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of talent in real estate and construction industry (residential, commercial, redevelopment, JV/JD, project management).

  • Proven ability to manage pan-India hiring across levels (junior to leadership).

  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and networking skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
