The Role


We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager Volume Hiring to lead end-to-end hiring for Telesales, Customer Service, and International Tele-calling roles. This role is critical to ensuring uninterrupted business operations by delivering hiring outcomes at scale, while continuously improving cost, quality, and time-to-fill.

You will own hiring strategy, execution, vendor management, and hiring analytics for high-volume roles, working closely with Sales, Operations, and Workforce Planning teams.

Key Responsibilities:


Volume Hiring Ownership

  • Own end-to-end hiring for Telesales, Customer Support, and International Calling roles across multiple geographies and shifts.
  • Deliver hiring plans against aggressive monthly and quarterly targets with strong predictability.
  • Drive bulk hiring initiatives including walk-ins, hiring drives, and rapid scale-up requirements.

Stakeholder & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with Business, Ops, and Workforce Planning teams to translate demand forecasts into executable hiring plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on market availability, hiring feasibility, and trade-offs.
  • Ensure alignment on role expectations, ramp timelines, and productivity benchmarks.

Sourcing & Channel Strategy

  • Build and optimize high-yield sourcing channels: job portals, referrals, social media, vendors, and local networks.
  • Design role-specific sourcing strategies for domestic and international tele-calling requirements.
  • Continuously improve funnel conversion across sourcing, screening, interview, and offer stages.

Vendor & Cost Management

  • Manage and scale external vendors and consultants while maintaining strict cost controls.
  • Track vendor performance on quality, speed, and retention metrics.
  • Reduce dependency on vendors through strong in-house sourcing capability.

Process, Quality & Candidate Experience

  • Standardize hiring processes to enable speed without compromising quality.
  • Ensure seamless candidate experience across high-volume pipelines.
  • Drive offer acceptance, joining, and early-stage retention for frontline roles.

Data, Metrics & Reporting

  • Own TA dashboards covering TAT, cost per hire, source performance, drop-offs, and hiring predictability.
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Provide regular hiring reviews to senior leadership.

What Were Looking For


Experience

  • 610 years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong volume hiring exposure.
  • Proven track record of hiring at scale for Telesales, BPO, Customer Service, or Call Center environments.
  • Experience hiring for international calling / global markets is strongly preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Deep understanding of frontline hiring economics, ramp cycles, and attrition dynamics.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort owning metrics and hiring forecasts.
  • High execution rigor with the ability to operate in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

Location & Work Style

  • Based in Mumbai.
  • Open to travel to both Thane & Andheri office
  • Comfortable working in high-growth, high-volume hiring environments.
