Job Description
- As the InCharge of Project, Will be responsible for total Site Management and Site Operations for Commercial IT Building Project.
- Ensuring timely completion of projects and execution levels of the highest grade.
- Directing and monitoring projects progress by coordinating with architects, consultants, contracts and site engineering teams.
- Defining technical specifications, budgeting and cost estimates, installation, commissioning etc.
- Responsible for project planning, scheduling and cost control.
- Will be responsible for total Site Management and Site Construction Operations.
- Maintaining strict quality control procedures - regular testing of materials, inspections of work, conducting regular site safety checks etc.
- MIS reporting on project progress.
KEY SKILLS:
- Ability to quickly analyze and act upon project demands.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and standards in construction.
- Excellent administration & execution skills.
