Role Objective
The role is responsible for driving sales strategy, new client acquisition, and business development in the Direct Sales segment. A key focus will be on developing and managing channel partner networks to achieve business growth and revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new business through B2B/B2C channels
  • Build and strengthen channel partner networks to drive consistent sales
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits for business conversion
  • Manage client relationships and support through all stages of engagement
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless deal closures
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes, reporting, and policies

Candidate Profile

  • 27 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
  • Background in consulting, investment banking, wealth management, or client servicing preferred
  • Exposure to luxury product sales will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • High drive for targets and results; willingness to travel
  • MBA preferred
