IT Support Engineer @ MoEngage

Job Description

• Provide day-to-day on-site and remote support to employees via walk-ups, tickets, and chat.
• Provide hardware/software support, troubleshooting, and break-fixes on Macs and PCs
• Provide support for common ITOps services like MDM (JAMF), AntiVirus (Sophos), G-Suite, Slack, Okta, System Vulnerability Management etc
• Record, track and maintain IT asset inventory in the asset management system.
• Participate in Asset Management audits and remediation efforts.
• Purchase and acquisition of laptops, peripherals, and other electronics for office personnel.
• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Operate with a security-first mentality
• Collaborate with the Operations team on key IT projects and initiative
