We are currently seeking applications for the positions of Assistant Manager & Management Trainee - Record to Report. We are looking for professionals with technical expertise in accounting functions, financial statements, and reporting. As a Record to Report Professional, your responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, maintaining the general ledger, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. You will work closely with the R2R lead or manager to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to provide financial information, support the financial close process, and perform variance analysis to help drive business decisions. Qualifications we seek in you include a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, and IT skills such as ERP systems and MS Office. Relevant experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops is preferred, and Chartered Accountants (CAs) will be given more consideration. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
