- Role Overview: As a Process Associate, Order to Cash at Genpact, your main responsibility will involve handling day-to-day operations, ensuring SLA compliance, and resolving cash application queries while maintaining positive interactions with customers. You will play a crucial role in making collection calls, managing cash applications, reconciling orders, and addressing disputes to facilitate efficient cash flow.
