Job Description

• Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally.

• Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Document call details and update systems accurately.

• Adhere to process compliance, shift schedules, and performance targets.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Willingness to work in night shifts (US process).

• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

• Freshers are welcome; up to 2 years of international voice experience will be an added advantage.
