Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct quality analysis of AR calls to identify areas for improvement.
Review denial management processes to reduce denial rates and increase revenue cycle efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and optimize workflows.
Monitor call center performance metrics, such as first-call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Identify trends in denial reasons and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in US healthcare BPO or similar industry.
Strong understanding of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) principles and practices.
Proficiency in AR calling, denial management, and revenue cycle management software applications.
