Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Bulk Hiring Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves managing high-volume hiring for frontline and field roles across locations. Ideal for recruiters who thrive in fast-paced environments and can deliver results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end bulk hiring across various functions and locations
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and field activities
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews efficiently
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Conduct walk-ins, job fairs, and local hiring drives as needed
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly MIS reports
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely onboarding
• Support documentation and joining formalities of selected candidates
  

Requirements:

• Experience in bulk hiring
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with hiring tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Excel and recruitment reporting
• Experience in hiring for sales roles preferred
