Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
Coordinate bulk hiring campaigns, including sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate fitment with company culture and requirements.
Ensure timely onboarding of new employees by coordinating induction processes and training programs.
Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations.

Team Handling

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in human resources management or related field (non-IT).
Strong understanding of BPO hiring, bulk hiring, team handling, team leading, volume hiring concepts.
Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
