Job Description
Educational Qualifications:
-B.Tech/B.E in Select specialization
Growth & Propensity Analytics
o Design and implement propensity models for product adoption and cross-sell.
o Identify high-intent cohorts through segmentation and behavioral analysis.
o Work with marketing and product teams to drive personalized campaigns.
Data Infrastructure & Engineering
o Collaborate with data engineering to define and enhance data pipelines.
o Ensure clean, scalable, and real-time access to internal and bureau data.
o Work on automation of risk decisioning through scoring APIs and rules engines.
Credit & Risk Analytics
o Build and monitor bureau-based scorecards and application risk models.
o Partner with underwriting and policy teams to enhance risk frameworks.
o Develop and refine performance tracking dashboards for portfolio health.
Strategic & Leadership
o Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing analytics team.
o Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and solutions.
o Present insights and recommendations to leadership and partners.
Power BI , Excel , Tableau , Python , Analytic Reporting , Dashboard , Excel Dashboards
- 5+ years of analytics experience in lending / fintech / BFSI.
- Strong exposure to bureau data, risk scorecarding, and customer segmentation.
- Deep understanding of credit lifecycle, collections, and portfolio management.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python/R, statistical modeling tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, with ability to influence cross-functional decisions.
- Exposure to data engineering concepts and data pipeline architecture is a big plus.
