Job Title: Process Trainer Travel & Sales Domain
Location: Gurgaon
Shift: Rotational Shifts (24/7 environment)
Experience Required: 15 years (Line Trainer experience can also be considered)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Process Trainer with a strong background in the travel industry and sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for coaching and developing teams in both customer service and sales performance. This role requires hands-on experience in delivering impactful training programs, mentoring staff, and driving continuous performance improvement through skill development and sales enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective training sessions for new hires and existing employees in the travel and sales process.
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, upselling, and cross-selling within the travel domain.
- Conduct regular knowledge checks and assessments to ensure training effectiveness and retention.
- Monitor and measure the impact of training on sales performance and customer experience.
- Conduct refresher training sessions based on Training Needs Identification (TNI), especially focused on sales and process updates.
- Mentor, observe, and support team members to improve both service and sales skills.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to align training outcomes with business goals and performance metrics.
- Send reports/MIS on training progress, completion status, and team readiness.
- Regularly update and review training content to ensure relevance and accuracy in line with product, policy, and market changes.
- Participate in internal and external calibrations to ensure alignment with quality and business expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in training and sales within the travel industry/process is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong customer interaction and sales handling skills, with an ability to train others in these areas.
- Flexibility to work across all shifts in a 24x7 environment.
- Experience delivering training for soft skills, sales enablement, product knowledge, and process improvements.
- Ability to coach and mentor teams towards performance goals, particularly in sales conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in maintaining and analyzing training reports and MIS.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Sales certifications or training delivery certifications are a plus.
- Experience in both classroom and virtual training environments.
