Job Description
As an Email Process Associate, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via email. You'll ensure timely and accurate responses, maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues effectively and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer emails and addressing their queries efficiently.
- Resolving customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhering to company policies and processes to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex issues.
- Achieving individual and team targets for response time and resolution rates.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO/Call Center environment is required.
- Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using a computer and navigating various software applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
