Job Description

Role - HR Executive

Location - Ahmedabad, GJ

Expereince - 1-3 yrs

Work Days - 6 Days (Mon-Sat) 10-7 PM

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Handle job postings, candidate follow-ups, and interview coordination
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Assist in preparing and verifying monthly payroll inputs
Track attendance, leaves, and late coming data for salary processing
Coordinate with the finance/payroll vendor for timely disbursement
Ensure accuracy in payroll components (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.)

Requirement:

1+ year of experience in recruitment and basic payroll handling
Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS/HRIS tools
Strong communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of labor laws and payroll components is a plus

FEMALE candidates are highly prefer for this role
