Our work environment is characterized by dynamism and a flat organizational structure, offering you the opportunity to be a part of something great. **Role Overview:** - Understand the clients" business use cases and technical requirements, translating them into elegant technical designs. - Identify the best solutions that align with the clients" needs and define guidelines for non-functional requirements during project implementation. - Develop and design solutions for both functional and non-functional requirements, selecting appropriate technologies, patterns, and frameworks. - Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate the proposed designs and technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Map client requirements to technical decisions and communicate effectively with developers. - Review design documents, ensuring adherence to best practices in architecture, scalability, security, and user experience. - Resolve issues identified during code reviews by conducting thorough root cause analysis. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technology integration scenarios and apply learnings in project implementations. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. In addition to your qualifications, we require the following expertise and experience: - 10+ years of total experience in the field. - Proficiency in observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, ELK, Prometheus, etc. - Experience in anomaly detection, alert tuning, event correlation, and custom dashboard creation. - Strong understanding of alert deduplication, incident impact scoring, and automation frameworks. - Hands-on experience with automation platforms like Rundeck, StackStorm, Jenkins, or custom scripting. - Strong scripting skills in Python and proficiency in Bash or other scripting languages. - Knowledge of leveraging AI/ML for Operations, multi-cloud platforms, and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. - Expertise in integrating ServiceNow via REST/SOAP APIs for incident automation and workflow orchestration. - Working knowledge of ITIL processes and AIOps to enhance Incident, Problem, and Change Management. - Exposure to CMDB integration, dependency graphs, and service maps for contextual alerting and automation. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
