Mindwave Media Pvt. Ltd. is a creative digital marketing agency based in Mumbai, specializing in innovative campaigns, impactful content, and result-driven marketing solutions. We partner with brands to enhance their digital presence and deliver measurable growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (creative, content, digital) and external vendors to meet client expectations.
  
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs.
  
• Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and presentations for digital services.
  
• Develop client reports, trackers, and project updates using Excel and PowerPoint.
  
• Help the Content creation team in all possible manner.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, feedback, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Marketing/Communications or related field.
  
• 13 years of experience in client servicing/digital marketing.
  
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  
• Good understanding of digital service quotations and campaign costing.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
