Location- Chennai.
Role Overview:
The Non-IT Talent Acquisition HR will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for retail roles across stores, corporate, and support functions. The role demands a strong understanding of retail hiring, the ability to handle bulk/store-level recruitment, and partnering with business stakeholders to ensure timely hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements across stores and HO.
- Source candidates using job portals, referrals, agencies, and social media.
- Drive bulk hiring for store staff, front-end sales, cluster managers, and support functions.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process and timely documentation compliance.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, TAT reports, and hiring metrics.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Any graduate.
- 2-6 years of relevant Non-IT TA experience.
- Strong knowledge of bulk/store-level hiring.
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Efficiency in MS Excel, HRMS/ATS tools.
