Assist U.S.-based retail clients with POS software & devices
Troubleshoot via calls, email & chat
Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
15 years in support/call center (U.S. clients preferred)
Strong English communication
Experience with POS systems & store tech
