Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals for our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in handling international voice calls (inbound or outbound) and should be comfortable working in night shifts. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound international voice calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet quality standards.
- Record details of customer interactions and actions taken.
- Follow up to ensure resolution where necessary.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and performance metrics.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months in International voice
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, night shift environment.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational offs.
- Freshers are NOT eligible.
