Roles and Responsibilities

* Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets for home loans, mortgage loans, and loan against property.
* Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the assigned area.
* Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

* 7-12 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in the banking industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
* Strong understanding of home loan, mortgage loan, and loan against property products.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
