Job Overview:

We are seeking candidates with at least 6 months of experience in International Voice Process to join our team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound international calls, providing accurate information, resolving queries, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. The candidate must be comfortable working night shifts and delivering consistent performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international voice calls (inbound/outbound) professionally
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries
• Maintain service quality and meet set performance targets
• Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice Process
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work night shifts and rotational offs
• Good problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach
• Freshers will not be considered

Location: Mindspace, HITEC City, Hyderabad
(Exact Location: Building 16, Mindspace)

Shift: Night shifts aligned with US/UK timings

Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Voice Process
Work Mode: [On-site / Hybrid]
