Tech Lead - React JS & .NET @ Sonata Software

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software development** using React JS for front-end and .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) for back-end services.
• Architect scalable, high-performance applications** and RESTful APIs aligned with business needs.[5][4]
• Mentor developers and lead technical discussions**, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Drive adoption of best practices** in code quality, testing, CI/CD, Agile methodology, and DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI, and cross-functional teams** to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage technical risks, identify improvements, and ensure timely delivery** following project schedules.
• Provide leadership in cloud technologies (Azure preferred), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture**.
