Fluent in Tamil & English Speak, Write, and Read
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Provide prompt and effective support to Amazon Sellers
Resolve seller inquiries via calls & emails in Tamil & English
Analyze seller issues, recommend process improvements & escalate when needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets consistently
