Reports to:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new dealers to expand market reach and improve depth of distribution.
  • Support institutional sales efforts by engaging with architects, builders, and consultants.
  • Assist in business development activities and key account management.
  • Contribute to planning and budgeting activities for institutional sales at the depot level.
  • Help drive product sales to achieve volume and value growth targets.
  • Train and support dealers in achieving sales goals and improving market performance.
  • Facilitate seeding of new products in appropriate channels.
  • Monitor and ensure the availability of a full SKU range at key outlets.
  • Assist in implementing sales promotional programs to support brand building efforts.
  • Work on strategies that align dealer profitability with organizational goals.
  • Compile and maintain monthly territory monitoring reports, including competitor analysis.
  • Conduct retail audits to assess market potential and develop competitive sales strategies.
  • Address dealer issues to maintain smooth business relationships and ensure satisfaction.

  • Highly energetic, motivated, confident candidates with good communication and selling skills.
  • Should have the ability to get the 'feel' of the market and to convert products into business.
  • Must be a go-getter with high drive and initiative.
  • Should be a local candidate.
  • Must have experience of Construction Chemicals and Waterproofing
