Job Description

Key responsibilities include managing the onboarding pipeline, serving as a point of contact for new hires and hiring managers, maintaining accurate records in HR systems, collaborating with various departments, and tracking metrics to drive continuous improvement in onboarding efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Onboarding:Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding strategies and project plans to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Process Management:Oversee all aspects of the onboarding lifecycle, including pre-boarding, first-day logistics, orientation, and system provisioning.
  • Candidate Experience:Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions, providing resources, and guiding them through the process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaboration:Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, HR advisors, and business units to ensure a coordinated and smooth onboarding process.
  • Compliance & Data:Ensure all necessary documentation, background checks, and compliance procedures are completed accurately and in accordance with legal standards.
  • System & Data Management:Maintain accurate onboarding records and update employee profiles in HR systems like Workday, ensuring data integrity for payroll, revenue tracking, and other functions.
  • Performance Monitoring:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as onboarding timelines, client/candidate satisfaction, and employee engagement to measure effectiveness.
  • Continuous Improvement:Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and the overall employee experience.
