Job Description
- As a Salesforce Developer at Cognizant, your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement SFDC Health Cloud-Patient Management features. You will utilize Omnistudio to create seamless user experiences and streamline business processes. Additionally, you will integrate SFDC systems with external applications to enhance data flow and operational efficiency. Configuring SFDC settings to optimize performance and ensure compliance with industry standards will be part of your responsibilities. You will implement SFDC Lightning components to improve user interface and functionality. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for SFDC-related issues to maintain system integrity will be crucial. Regular system audits and upgrades will be conducted by you to ensure optimal performance and security. Furthermore, you will document development processes and configurations for future reference and training purposes. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications will also be expected. Participation in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to enhance code quality are key tasks. Staying updated with the latest SFDC technologies and best practices is essential to drive continuous improvement. You will work in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with on-site collaboration to maximize productivity. Qualifications: - Possess a strong background in SFDC Health Cloud-Patient Management and SFDC Development & Customization - Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Lightning Integration and Configuration - Have experience with Omnistudio to enhance user experiences - Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment - Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies Certifications Required: - Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I,
