DevOps Engineer - L4 @ Hitachi

Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer at Wipro Limited, you will collaborate with application teams and developers to enhance coordination between operations, development, and testing functions through automation and streamlining of integration and deployment processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Focusing on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) of technology in applications - Planning and executing the DevOps pipeline to support the application lifecycle across the DevOps toolchain - Managing the IT infrastructure based on the software code requirements - Onboarding applications onto the DevOps tool and configuring them according to client needs - Creating user access workflows and providing user access following defined processes - Customizing and engineering the DevOps tool as per client specifications - Collaborating with development staff to address coding and scripting requirements for software release - Automating testing and deployment in a DevOps environment - Providing customer support on DevOps tools - Ensuring timely support for internal and external customers on multiple platforms - Resolving tickets raised on these tools within specified timelines - Troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis of critical or repeatable issues Performance Parameters: 1. Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring: Achieve 100% error-free onboarding and implementation. 2. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Ensure timely resolution of customer issues within the defined TAT and zero escalations.
