- As a Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer at NTT DATA in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, you will play a crucial role in developing applications on Experience Cloud. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, you are expected to have a solid understanding of Agile Development and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Your ability to work effectively in a team setting, attention to detail, proactiveness, and accountability are key traits required for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop applications on Salesforce Experience Cloud - Utilize skills in Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Jenkins, and Salesforce APIs - Deploy using Flosum - Troubleshoot issues effectively - Configure Salesforce Flow, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud - Work with web technologies like HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs - Collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent education and work experience - Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Jenkins, and Salesforce APIs - Experience with Service Cloud skills such as Case Management, Email2Case, Web2Case, Web Chat, and APIs with custom-built portal - Advanced-level proficiency in Lightning web component (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Salesforce SOQL - Intermediate-level proficiency in Salesforce Dataloader, Reports & Dashboards, Einstein analytical studio, Salesforce Administration - Experience in any Object-Oriented programming language like Java or C# is preferred - Salesforce Developer I Certification is recommended **About NTT DATA:** NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, catering to 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
