Job Description

As a seasoned Team Lead, you will lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications. Your expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, and database management will be essential for this role, along with proficiency in Python and CI/CD practices. - Guide the team in building and maintaining Java-based applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture - Architect and implement RESTful APIs to ensure scalability and performance - Develop and optimize PL/SQL stored procedures for efficient data handling - Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bamboo - Utilize Python for scripting and automation tasks - Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to maintain high code quality - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives To qualify for this position, you should have: - 8+ years of experience - Familiarity with Cloud Platforms such as AWS or Azure - Knowledge of Containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes - Experience with Monitoring Tools like Splunk or Prometheus - Proficiency in Agile Methodologies like Agile/Scrum environments - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required This job description offers a comprehensive overview of the responsibilities associated with the role, and additional job-related duties may be assigned as needed.,
