Job Description
- As a Deputy Manager Finance at our company, your role involves overseeing various financial functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and contribute to business decision-making. Your responsibilities include: - Monitoring cash flow for optimal fund utilization and ensuring timely closing of books and reconciliations. - Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with internal control policies. - Managing working capital by optimizing inventory, debtor, and creditor positions, and tracking key metrics for operational efficiency. - Handling taxation processes such as TDS calculation, deduction, and timely filing, as well as supporting audits and coordinating with auditors. - Assisting in the renewal of credit limits, maintaining relationships with banks, and ensuring compliance with bank covenants. - Identifying and implementing process improvements in financial workflows, with exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems preferred. Key qualifications for this role include being a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 to 5 years of experience. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, self-motivation, teamwork, integrity, and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required, and knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.,
