Job Description

We are looking for Helpdesk Support Senior Associate.

Location-Noida

Work Mode- WFO

Working Days-5 (should be comfortable with night shifts)

Candidate should have 2+ years of experience in international desktop or remote support.

Also the candidate should have hands on experience with troubleshooting,active directory, VPN Configuration, Outlook configuration, Citrix, VDI etc.

Only immediate joiners preferred.
