Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
The role involves managing project workflows, creating high-impact presentations, and overseeing reporting & execution for digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage PowerPoint presentations for leadership reporting.
- Track digital project execution timelines, ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate between internal teams & agencies for smooth project delivery.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports covering campaign performance, spend analysis, and key insights.
- Support the team in budget tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- PPT Quality & Timeliness: Accuracy, clarity, and impact of reports.
- Project Completion Rate: % of projects executed on time.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Feedback from internal teams & leadership.
